Atlas Care Services is committed to ensuring that all customers and people that use our services directly or indirectly are fully satisfied with the quality and are delivered safely. Sometimes things can go wrong and Quality Assurance Team want to hear about it so any concerns can be dealt with appropriately and quickly.

If you have a safety or quality concern surrounding a home care and support service, you may contact us by visiting or telephone your local branch or completing the form. All details shared with us are treated in strict confidence, however where a concern relates to a service user's safety we may have an obligation to take action to safeguard their wellbeing.

If you have a concern that relates to either Atlas Care Services or subcontracted service in terms of compliance and quality, you should report it to us as soon as possible.

Upon submission your concern will be forwarded confidentially directly to the quality monitoring team.
