Learning Disabilities Support Worker
The roleThe role is to work within the community within a specific setting providing support to a service user with Complex needs, Mental Health & Learning Disabilities. Some service users may also have additional personal care needs.

Area & Hours of workPeterborough and Spalding area.
Generally the intention is to keep travel within the community to a minimum although some travel between areas may be required. Hours of work are variable times and days of the week, workers can expect to be offered between 25 & 35 hours per week of work. Full time workers are expected to work weekends, evenings and mornings in equal measure over a three week rolling period in order to achieve minimum hours wanted. Normal rest periods will be embedded in each working day and comply with working time regulations. Guaranteed Service User specific hours may be offered following a satisfactory probation period. You will be required to provide suitable availability prior to any job offer. |
