Client GroupsWe are able to provide all services to all age groups permitted by our registration, the workforce training, skills and knowledge. We offer services for the following care and support needs:

FundingEvery person that may need support or care should be offered an assessment to assess need and funding options. Local Authorities assess each individual on a case by case basis, further details are available on their website and links can be found on our contact page.
If you qualify for full or part funded service, the local authority will forward the case to the department to source a care provider from their approved list. Alternatively you may also apply for direct payments that could result in a personal budget being paid direct to the person using the service. If you don't qualify for any funding by the local authority, they will provide a list of suggested providers that may be able to provide the services you need on a private basis. This would also apply to part private part LA funding arrangements. QualityAtlas Care Services is registered to provide domiciliary care services and the standard of services provided is monitored by the Care Quality Commission as well as local authorities we are commissioned by.
We believe that by meeting or exceeding customer expectations we will succeed in achieving our business objectives. We always strive to improve our service and we can only do this through ensuring we employ workers with, the right skills and knowledge, provide them with the right training and support and monitor services internally. We monitor all service delivery through a number of measures including; Annual Customer Services Survey, quality checks, regular visits, spot checks on service delivery and the service review process. We also have a comprehensive complaints procedure to ensure that any issues raised are formerly acted upon and resolved as quickly as possible. |
